Shipping Policy
All orders placed through bodegabaylavender.com are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size. We currently ship within the United States and internationally.
Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or carrier delays.

Returns
We take care in crafting our products and hope you’ll love them. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at robert@bodegabaylavender.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label, along with instructions for sending your package back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
